Valle Escondido, a beautiful mountain community located in the Tienditas Valley only 12 miles east of Taos with the Kit Carson National Forest at your door step. Valle Escondido currently has 140 homeowners.  The community includes a 9 hole golfcourse , 4 stock ponds (2 stocked with fish), a community water sytem, trash collection, a clubhouse, and more.  The community is managed by the Valle Escondido Homeowners Association and is governed by The Valle Escondido Bylaws and Building Restrictions

Membership Transfer Fee (sale of existing home)         $3,000
Annual Membership Dues                                           $1250
Annual Lot Standby Fee                                              $75
